CAPTAINS set up your own TEAM page -- it’s simple and quick! It’s a great way to increase your fundraising. Once it’s set up you and your crew will have your own personal TEAM webpage to solicit friends, family and co-workers to donate. This secure site enables you to receive credit card donations associated with your boat.

1. CLICK HERE and you will be linked directly to our on-line fundraising main page.

2. Once on www.active.com/donate/thewellnesscup09, click on “Become a fundraiser”.

3. Then click on “Create a fundraising team” and follow the simple instructions.

Some helpful tips: Include crewmate names and a picture of your boat or a short message about someone you know that is a cancer survivor and who will benefit from your fundraising efforts and the opening of a new Wellness Community center here in Connecticut.
